With an estimated 2.9 million travelers set to fly this holiday season, it’s important to stay safe when at the airport as we continue to see the coronavirus pandemic rage. Remembering to wear a mask, practice social distancing and wash, or sanitize hands frequently are all important measures we should take when at the airport.

According to USA Today, Safe Travel Barometer grades airports based on COVID-19 safety protocols, customer service, and traveler experience. Each airport is then awarded a score ranging from 1 to 5 and includes criteria such as contactless check-in and baggage drop, on-site testing, and whether staff and travelers are wearing masks.
